Surprised to see search terms (Computer Science academic reform) & (Information Technology academic reform) giving Indian CS & IT Acad. Reform blog book in top 2 results in Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo

Search rankings for my book "Indian Computer Science (CS) & Information Technology (IT) Academic Reform (Past) Activism Blog Book" for search term:
Computer Science academic reform
Google - 2nd, Bing - 1st, DuckDuckGo - 1st.

Search rankings for my book for search term:
Information Technology academic reform
Google - 1st, Bing - 1st, DuckDuckGo - 1st.

The result links of the book are one of these two:

The searches were done today 6th March 2020 (including some searches late last night which was shortly after midnight and so very early hours of today).

Given below are the associated screenshots.

Now I was very surprised with these results as I had sort-of presumed that my book will mainly turn up in results for searches having the word Indian in it. I did note in previous searches which I have put up as public posts, that one or two searches without Indian in it, did list this book as a top result. But I did not pay much attention to that. When I did start checking this without Indian word search aspect, I expected the book to typically be listed, if at all, after the top ten results. So when I saw that it was listed as the first or second result for these terms in all three search engines (Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo), I was quite shocked.

As the info. sank in, I felt that these results may be temporary and that some weeks down the line, my book may not appear in the top-ten results for these terms. But I felt happy that as of now at least, activists perhaps across the world searching on such topics and using such terms, will come across this book. They will quickly realize that my book focuses on Indian academic system. Then, if their interest area is some academic system(s) outside India, it is their choice as to whether they would like to browse through the book to see if some of what is mentioned in it in the Indian context, may apply to the academic system(s) they are interested in.

I then checked out search results for slightly different search terms, all without Indian in it.

The above search terms and result rankings tell us that as of now at least, activists in the area of improving the teaching and practice of software development in Computer Science or Information Technology academia, who search for terms related to academic reform in Computer Science or Information Technology, software engineering academic reform or software development academic reform, and books on the same, will most probably see result links either of this Indian CS & IT acad. reform book or of the associated blog and through that blog, know of this book. That is good to know.

Further, any such activist or activists who read the blog blook, will get exposed to some or all of the views, ideas and suggestions for improvement mentioned in the book.
